Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must include all tags and labels to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at kremasupply@gmail.com or via Instagram DM at @kremasupply with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Krêma Supply is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. For lost or damaged items, please file a claim with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.
